Located Taman Mini in East of Jakarta, you can visit Indonesia in Miniature Park. Situated very near the city center of Jakarta only a 30 minute drive away you will be greeted with a 300 hectare display of what is known as ‘Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature’ or in the local language Taman Mini Indonesia. Here you will be able to see the 27 provinces as well as more than 250 different culture being demonstrated in the mini world.

If you want to see all (or at least most) of Indonesia but time not permitting, this might be the best place to go where you will be able to get a quick snapshot of the many cultures in the country. You will be able to see all types of architecture, clothing, traditions and societal practices. The park was an idea envirsioned by Siti Hartinah one of the former first lady of Indonesia for the sake of national unity. There are rides to go on and many to see including religious buildings like the Pangeran Diponegoro Mosque, the Haleluya Protestant church, Sasana Adirasa Pangeran Samber Nyawa and parks like Orchid Garden, Medicinal herbs Garden and the Jasmine Garden.
